Order Taker

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Taker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately taking customer orders, ensuring excellent service, and coordinating with the kitchen and service staff to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders via phone, online platforms, or in-person
• Enter orders accurately into the system
• Confirm order details, including items, quantities, and special instructions
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely service
• Handle customer inquiries and provide menu information
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (F&B or restaurant preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (POS systems preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have valid QID and transferable visa (if applicable)
