We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Order Taker – In-Villa Dining to join a luxury 5-star hotel property. This role is responsible for managing guest orders efficiently while ensuring seamless coordination between guests, kitchen, and service teams, delivering personalized and prompt in-villa dining experiences aligned with world-class hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately record in-villa dining orders via telephone and other approved communication channels
- Clearly communicate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests to kitchen and service teams
- Confirm order details with guests to ensure complete accuracy and satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with the in-villa dining team to ensure timely preparation and delivery
- Maintain precise order documentation and assist with billing and posting procedures
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and in a timely manner
- Uphold strict confidentiality while maintaining luxury service standards at all times
- Collaborate with other Food & Beverage departments to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort in the GCC region (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Professional telephone etiquette with a guest-centric approach
- Familiarity with hotel POS and ordering systems is an added advantage
