Momenti is a premium fine dining restaurant in Lahore offering a refined Italian-inspired culinary experience, exceptional service, and a sophisticated dining atmosphere. We are seeking professional, well-spoken, and customer-focused Order Takers to join our front-of-house team and ensure seamless guest service.

Position Overview

The Order Taker will be responsible for accurately receiving guest orders, ensuring clear communication between guests and kitchen staff, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in placing food and beverage orders.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and correct order execution.
• Answer guest queries regarding menu items, ingredients, and recommendations.
• Ensure special dietary requirements and customization requests are properly communicated.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
• Support servers and floor staff during busy service hours.
• Ensure order accuracy and assist in resolving any order-related issues promptly.
• Uphold restaurant standards of presentation, hygiene, and guest service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service preferred (fine dining experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, pleasant personality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
