ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

We are offering a 3-month unpaid internship for 4 ambitious individuals who want to specialize in organic marketing and learn how to grow brands strategically through content, community, and creativity.

THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES:

• Specialized training in psychology-based organic marketing, valued at thousands of dollars in the market — offered free to the selected interns.
• Hands-on experience in real organic campaigns immediately after training.
• Certifications, experience letters, and personalized performance reviews.
• Referrals and networking opportunities with agencies and companies in the USA, UK, and international markets.
• A potential pathway to join Husbar’s marketing team for global projects.

• Community Building and Audience Retention
• Hashtag Research and Trend Mapping
• Consumer Behavior and Engagement Triggers
• Copywriting and Messaging for Organic Impact
• Funnel Creation Without Paid Ads
• Analytics, Performance Tracking, and Growth Forecasting
• This is not basic content posting — it is a psychology-based organic growth program designed to make interns capable of scaling brands to large audiences without heavy ad spend.
