Role:

We’re seeking a performance-minded Organic Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our non-paid digital channels. This role will be responsible for driving organic visibility, engagement, and conversion across SEO, Google Business Profiles (GMB), email, and social platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Own and Execute Organic Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of SEO, local SEO, GMB, email marketing, and organic social strategies to grow traffic, engagement, and leads across digital touchpoints.
  • SEO Leadership: Oversee all aspects of SEO—technical, on-page, and off-page. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to improve visibility and search rankings.
  • Local Search Optimization (GMB): Manage Google Business Profiles for all locations. Ensure profile accuracy, enhance listings with posts, photos, and updates, and track performance in local search results.
  • Email Marketing Execution: Own email content strategy and execution. Create targeted campaigns to nurture leads, re-engage dormant customers, and increase brand affinity, while optimizing for deliverability and engagement.
  • Organic Social Media Management: Develop and manage the organic content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Drive consistent brand voice, engagement, and community interaction.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with creative and content teams to ensure all organic channels reflect brand standards and support campaign goals. Provide SEO direction on web content and social post creation.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor organic channel performance across Google Analytics, Search Console, GMB Insights, social dashboards, and email platforms. Use data to refine tactics and inform strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Paid Media, Brand, Web, and Operations teams to align messaging, leverage audience insights, and maximize channel performance.
  • Multi-Brand and Market Oversight: Manage organic presence across multiple brands and geographies. Tailor strategy to market nuances while ensuring brand cohesion.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing SEO, organic social, or email marketing programs with measurable results.

  • Proven success optimizing websites and content for organic search rankings and traffic growth.
  • Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO at scale, including listings, review response, and post creation.
  • Skilled in content planning and community management across major organic social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with an eye for brand tone, structure, and clarity.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), and basic schema markup implementation.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and interdepartmental feedback loops.
  • Ability to synthesize performance insights into action plans, and clearly communicate them to both creative and technical teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
