Role Overview

We are seeking an Organic Social Media Marketer with around 1 year of experience in content creation and strategic social media communication.

The role focuses on developing and executing organic social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to drive engagement and brand growth without paid ads. Candidates should be skilled in using AI tools for content creation and analytics, and passionate about building authentic community connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish organic content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Use AI tools for content creation and performance analysis.
• Monitor engagement metrics, trends, and audience feedback to optimize campaigns.
• Develop monthly organic content calendars aligning with brand strategies.
• Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in organic social media marketing with strong skills in content creation.
• Proven experience in strategic social media communication.
• Proficiency in social media management tools for organic growth.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
