About the Role

The role involves leading the development and implementation of our corporate culture strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and enhancing employee engagement.



Responsibilities

Culture Strategy & Implementation

  • Culture Framework Development: Lead the development and iteration of the corporate culture system, ensuring strong alignment with company strategy, values, and business goals.
  • Culture Activation Programs: Design and implement culture activation plans (e.g., translating values into observable behaviors, culture training, internal communications) to drive company-wide understanding and practice.
  • Culture Diagnosis & Improvement: Assess the current culture through surveys, interviews, and data analysis; provide improvement recommendations and drive execution.

Culture Branding & Employer Branding

  • Culture Campaigns & Events: Plan and execute culture initiatives (e.g., Values Day, Culture Week, executive dialogues) to strengthen employee belonging and engagement.
  • Employer Brand Integration: Partner with HR and PR teams to embed corporate culture into employer branding efforts (e.g., recruiting, social media, ESG reports).
  • Internal Culture Platforms: Manage internal culture platforms (e.g., internal newsletters/magazines, culture walls, digital communities) to ensure content quality and communication effectiveness.

Leadership Development & Culture Enablement

  • Leadership Culture Training: Provide cultural leadership training for managers and help them become culture ambassadors.
  • Cross-functional Culture Projects: Drive cross-department culture programs (e.g., innovation culture, collaboration culture) to address business pain points.

Globalization & Localization

  • Cross-cultural Alignment: Navigate cultural differences to ensure global consistency while respecting local characteristics.


Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of experience in culture-related fields (e.g., corporate culture, cross-cultural management). International/multinational experience and strong insights into multicultural contexts are preferred.
  • Language Skills: English as a working language; able to communicate efficiently in English, collaborate in meetings, and produce written documents.
  • Creative Thinking: Highly creative and idea-driven, with strong execution ability to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.



Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of corporate culture and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.



Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing culture-related projects in a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, with proven ability to build programs from scratch
