Job purpose:

The Organization Development (OD) Manager is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and drive a culture of continuous learning and development. This role focuses on designing and implementing strategies that align with business goals, fostering talent development, and improving overall workplace performance.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Organization Development & Change Management

  • Develop and implement OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and cultural change.
  • Design and manage programs related to organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

2. Talent & Leadership Development

  • Develop and implement leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.

4. Performance Management & Workforce Planning

  • Enhance and implement performance management processes to drive accountability and growth.
  • Work with business leaders to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
  • Support career development initiatives to retain and engage top talent.

5. HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the impact of OD initiatives and improve decision-making.
  • Identify best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in organizational development.


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in organization development


Key Competencies, Skills & Knowledge

  1. Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and talent development.
  2. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  3. Ability to analyze HR data and make strategic recommendations.
  4. Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  5. Experience with HR technology, learning management systems, and survey tools.
