Organizational Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Section Head. This is a client-facing and strategic role
with responsibility for designing organizational structures, performance systems, and HR frameworks.
Oversees talent development, performance management, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

  • Manage OD and HR transformation engagements
  • Manage multiple client accounts
  • Design organizational structures, job architectures, and grading systems
  • Develop job descriptions, org charts, HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Design Performance Management Systems (KPIs, OKRs)
  • Build career paths, competency models, and succession plans
  • Support compensation structures and salary frameworks
  • Deliver high-quality consulting outputs and present recommendations to clients
  • Track OD metrics (turnover, engagement, performance trends)
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • HR Diploma, SHRM, SPHR, or equivalent (Mandatory)
  • 6–8 years of solid OD experience
  • Consulting experience is highly preferred
