The Manager – Organizational Development (OD) will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development initiatives. The role focuses on Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI frameworks, Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management System (PMS)

Assist in the implementation and company-wide rollout of PMS.
- Coordinate performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews).
- Ensure timely completion of appraisals across departments.
- Support KPI setting, alignment, and periodic reviews.
- Facilitate performance calibration sessions with leadership.
- Generate performance reports and insights for decision-making.
2. KPI Development & Monitoring

Work with department heads to develop and refine KPIs.
- Ensure KPIs are aligned with business objectives and are measurable.
- Track and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Highlight performance gaps and recommend improvements.
3. Learning & Development (L&D)

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Develop and implement annual training plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
4. Organizational Development

Support OD initiatives, including organizational structuring and process improvements.
- Assist in change management and transformation projects.
- Contribute to building a performance-driven culture.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics.
5. Employee Engagement & Satisfaction

Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Conduct engagement and satisfaction surveys.
- Analyze feedback and support action planning.
Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD will be preferred
- 6–8 years of experience in HR/OD/L&D roles
- Hands-on experience in PMS implementation is highly preferred
