Organizational Development Manager (ODM)

The Manager – Organizational Development (OD) will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development initiatives. The role focuses on Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI frameworks, Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Assist in the implementation and company-wide rollout of PMS.
  • Coordinate performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews).
  • Ensure timely completion of appraisals across departments.
  • Support KPI setting, alignment, and periodic reviews.
  • Facilitate performance calibration sessions with leadership.
  • Generate performance reports and insights for decision-making.

2. KPI Development & Monitoring

  • Work with department heads to develop and refine KPIs.
  • Ensure KPIs are aligned with business objectives and are measurable.
  • Track and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Highlight performance gaps and recommend improvements.

3. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Develop and implement annual training plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

4. Organizational Development

  • Support OD initiatives, including organizational structuring and process improvements.
  • Assist in change management and transformation projects.
  • Contribute to building a performance-driven culture.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics.

5. Employee Engagement & Satisfaction

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct engagement and satisfaction surveys.
  • Analyze feedback and support action planning.
  • Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD will be preferred
  • 6–8 years of experience in HR/OD/L&D roles
  • Hands-on experience in PMS implementation is highly preferred

  • PMS cycle completion rate ( 95% within timelines)
  • KPI alignment and tracking accuracy ( 95%)
  • Training plan execution ( 90%)
  • Employee engagement score improvement
  • Timely delivery of HR analytics and OD projects
