Role Scope;

The OD Specialist will play a key role in enhancing workforce performance, aligning employee capabilities with strategic business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous development across all subsidiaries of the Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor organizational development programs to support business growth and employee engagement.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze performance gaps, and recommend development initiatives across departments.
  • Manage the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Coordinate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development plans with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and monthly reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment activity, training effectiveness, and engagement scores.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency in collaboration with HR and IT teams.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizational development or related function.
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with performance management systems, learning management platforms, and HR reporting tools.
  • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
