Role Scope;
The OD Specialist will play a key role in enhancing workforce performance, aligning employee capabilities with strategic business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous development across all subsidiaries of the Group.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and monitor organizational development programs to support business growth and employee engagement.

Conduct needs assessments, analyze performance gaps, and recommend development initiatives across departments.

Manage the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.

Facilitate change management initiatives and promote a positive organizational culture.

Coordinate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development strategies and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development plans with business objectives.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and monthly reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment activity, training effectiveness, and engagement scores.

Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizational development or related function.

Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Experience with performance management systems, learning management platforms, and HR reporting tools.

Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
