Organizational Excellence Expert

Objectives

The job holder is responsible for ensuring organizational excellence through the development and updating of policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with the Entity’s strategies and objectives, and in accordance with international best practices. The role also includes establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring the implementation of improvement plans to address cases of non-compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the Organization strategy and objectives to understand all strategic principles, and accordingly identify the priorities and requirements of business excellence programs.
  • Lead workshops with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives for developing/updating business excellence programs. Provide support in preparing methodologies, guidelines, and templates required to standardize business process development activities, facilitating process improvement and ensuring consistency and quality of implementation across all administrative units.
  • Identify quality programs (such as OpEx and others) and quality qualifications/certifications (such as ISO 9001, EFQM, and others) in alignment with international standards and best practices to continuously improve the Organization's operations, and assess the effectiveness of these programs annually.
  • Establish a quality management system to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Design and incorporate quality management guidelines and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all processes based on best practices and process objectives.
  • Manage the design and updating of methodologies and tools related to business process planning, policy development, analysis, and redesign to ensure standardization.
  • Identify the need to develop/update policies and procedures based on approved business excellence programs to ensure proper implementation of the programs, and define policies and procedural development plans accordingly.
  • Oversee the continuous development and improvement of the Organization's policies, processes, procedures, and forms in coordination with administrative units to enhance practices and ensure consistency and compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Define specific and measurable KPIs for the implementation of all business procedures in coordination with the Organization's administrative units to facilitate quality monitoring and management processes.
  • Manage business excellence initiatives, process automation, and integration in coordination with process owners and the IT department to ensure accessibility for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or any related field, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

OR

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or any related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
