Essential Job Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Organizational Development, HR, Communications, or related field)
  • 2–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning facilitation
  • Experience supporting multi-site or diverse service environments highly preferred
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficient with learning technology, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools
  • Experience crafting learning content, eLearning modules, or job aids
