Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Organizational Development, HR, Communications, or related field)
- 2–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning facilitation
- Experience supporting multi-site or diverse service environments highly preferred
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficient with learning technology, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools
- Experience crafting learning content, eLearning modules, or job aids
