Overview:
We are seeking highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorneys to join our teams in Orlando and Tampa. Opportunities are available across several core practice areas, including:

Candidates should have a demonstrated record of success managing complex client matters and providing strategic legal counsel. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment is essential. A portable book of business is strongly preferred at the partner level.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements within designated practice area
• Provide high-level legal and business guidance with strong client service focus
• Manage and drive matters efficiently from initiation through resolution
• Collaborate with partners and multidisciplinary teams on complex legal issues
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships that support practice growth
• Supervise and mentor associates and professional staff as needed

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Significant experience in one or more of the listed practice areas at a partner or senior counsel level
• Strong analytical, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with precision
• Portable book of business strongly preferred
• Florida Bar admission preferred or willingness to obtain admission
• Spanish language skills preferred
