About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Executive to join our SEO department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving the online reputation of our clients by implementing effective ORM strategies across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor online mentions, reviews, forums, and social media platforms for brand-related conversations.
• Manage and respond to online reviews, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and execute ORM strategies to build a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to push down negative search results and highlight positive content.
• Publish and optimize content (blogs, PR articles, FAQs, etc.) to improve online presence.
• Track, analyze, and report ORM performance metrics and sentiment analysis.
• Manage crisis communication and handle escalations effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, review platforms, and search engine algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Online Reputation Management (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
• Strong understanding of SEO, search rankings, and keyword strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Alerts, Mention, Brand24, or similar ORM monitoring tools.
• Ability to create and manage content for blogs, social media, and PR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage sensitive situations tactfully.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
