ORM Executive

We are looking for an ORM Executive to manage and enhance our brand’s online reputation during the night shift. The ideal candidate will monitor brand mentions, handle online feedback, resolve issues proactively, and maintain a strong and positive digital image for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track brand mentions, reviews, and online discussions across all digital platforms.
• Respond to customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement ORM strategies to build and protect the brand’s reputation.
• Coordinate with the marketing, PR, and content teams for consistent communication.
• Manage and resolve online crises effectively.
• Prepare detailed ORM reports and share insights with management.
• Stay updated on the latest ORM tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ORM, Social Media Management, or Digital PR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of ORM tools such as Google Alerts, Mention, Brand24, or similar.
• Experience in crisis handling and reputation recovery.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently during the night shift.

• Location: Federal B Area, Karachi
• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working days & timings: 8pm to 5am (PKT), Monday to Friday.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
