ORM (Online Reputation Management) Specialist

We are seeking an Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to safeguard and enhance our brand’s reputation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor brand mentions across social media, review sites, forums, blogs, and news platforms.
• Track and analyze sentiment trends using ORM tools.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, complaints, and queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, PR, marketing) to resolve issues.
• Develop strategies to improve brand visibility and credibility online.
• Publish positive content to counter negative publicity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in ORM, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with ORM tools (e.g., Brand24, Mention, Hootsuite, Google Alerts).

Shift: Evening & Night

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
