ORM & SEO Specialist

We are looking for an ORM & SEO Specialist to support and maintain our company’s presence across key review and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience handling customer feedback, maintaining brand communication, and improving online visibility through basic SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback across major review platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain consistent and accurate brand communication across digital channels
• Create and schedule content for company platforms and profiles
• Track brand mentions and customer feedback trends
• Prepare regular reports on engagement, feedback, and overall online presence
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service quality

SEO Responsibilities:

• Perform basic keyword research to support content and website optimization
• Optimize website content, meta titles, and descriptions for search engines
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools (traffic, rankings, visibility)
• Assist in improving on-page SEO and content structure
• Work with the team to enhance overall online visibility and search presence

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in ORM, SEO, or a similar role
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with review platforms and social media channels
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
