Orthodontic Assistant

*Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will assist our orthodontists in providing quality care to our patients.

*Duties*

- Prepare treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures

- Assist orthodontists during patient appointments

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care

- Perform infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Utilize 3D scanners and medical imaging systems for diagnostics

- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed

- Implement four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient patient care

*Skills*

- Proficiency in infection control protocols

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to orthodontics

- Familiarity with 3D scanning technology for orthodontic purposes

- Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
