Job Summary
You will support our orthodontist by providing exceptional chairside assistance, managing patient care, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a positive patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and clinical excellence. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment dedicated to oral health and aesthetic transformation.

Duties

• Manage patient flow and provide a positive attitude
• Prepare treatment space by setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring aseptic techniques are followed
• Indirect bonding, bonded retainers, scanning and typical adjustments (Start to finish)
• Take initial photos, dental X-rays, including 3D scans and other medical imaging required for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
• Manage patient records with TOPS
• Educate patients on orthodontic care, appliance maintenance, and oral hygiene
• Monitor vital signs during appointments and assist with medical documentation related to patient health history
• Occasionally help fellow employee with other jobs that might not necessarily be in your job description...Because teamwork makes the dream work!

Qualifications

• Orthodontic experience not necessary but experience in the dental field is. We will teach you the rest!
• Excellent chair-side manner and a general love for the public because an orthodontic assistant can make or break patient experience and production. We love our patients and want to provide them the best care possible!
• A positive attitude, a love for teamwork and thrives in high energy environments
• Willingness to learn and multitask.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
