Orthodontic Dental Assistant RDA

Hello! We are looking for a new Orthodontic Assistant team member for our modern, patient-oriented Orthodontic office in Plano, 4 days a week!

Ideal candidate should be personable, outgoing, a quick learner, possess excellent communication skills, and excellent work ethics.

Duties include:

- Changing ties and archwires

- Assisting with bonding brackets

- Fitting bands

- iTero scans for clear aligners

- Pouring up alginate impressions

- Essix retainer fabrication

- Sterilization

- Patient education: oral hygiene instruction, appliance care instruction, etc.

Job Requirements:

- RDA license

- Clinical orthodontic skills of at least one year (preferred)

- Positive, upbeat, friendly personality

- Strong work ethics

- Ability to learn quickly

- Ability to work independently, but also be a team player

- Excellent communication skills

- Competent computer skills

- Reliable transportation and dependability

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill level.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
