Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Gordon & DeSantis Orthodontics is seeking a candidate for our Treatment Coordinator position. The position is 4 days a week Monday-Thursday from 7:45-5:00. This position will be required to travel to both Greenville and Troy locations.

Essential functions:

- Establish rapport with new patients and their families

- Lead the new patient exam process including taking photos and x-rays

- Assist the doctor in exams by documenting existing dental concerns, dental conditions, and the doctor's recommended treatment options

- Communicate and coordinate orthodontic treatment, insurance benefits and payment options to patients and referring dental offices

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Orthodontic or dental experience (preferred)

- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities

- Independent, reliable and responsible

- Friendly, ethical and professional

**Compensation will be based on skills and experience**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 - $500.00 per hour
