Job Description:

Ideal candidates will be able to multi-task and have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as great relationship building skills. This position requires you to work together with our doctor to communicate the value and details of Dr. Thomas' proposed treatment plan to potential patients seeking orthodontic treatment. The Treatment Coordinator is the salesperson of the practice and has the responsibility to ensure the practice has adequate new patient flow and case acceptance to achieve practice goals. The treatment coordinator is essentially a nurturer for the practice and requires one to be compassionate and caring, while being driven to succeed. The treatment coordinator takes accountability for case acceptance, practice production, relationship building, referral management and internal/external marketing for the office.

Requirements include a positive attitude and driven work ethic, an A+ personality, and the ability to adapt to change and growth. Experience in dentistry and sales is preferred. While this is not a hard-sales position, you must be comfortable with an element of sales. On-site training will be provided. The Treatment Coordinator's specific primary and secondary duties include the following:

• New patient consultations, including treatment presentation, oral photography and radiography, completion of Patient History forms, and patient charting.
• Records (photos, x-rays, intraoral scan for digital models)
• Propose Financial Arrangements
• Support in filing initial insurance information
• Tracking and completion of statistical reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Patient and dental correspondence via mail, email, phone, and text message.
• Management of the practice observation recall system
• 2nd to answer the telephone
• External marketing - social media, building relationships with other dental offices, etc
• Internal marketing

Pay:

Base wage $17-$20 per hour. Further wage increases are based on a bonus system determined by each month's production. Possible annual income can exceed $60k.

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
