Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong understanding of orthodontic procedures. This role involves diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities, ensuring that patients achieve optimal oral health and aesthetic results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine orthodontic needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and diagnostic data.
• Perform orthodontic procedures, including the placement of braces and other corrective devices.
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and make necessary adjustments.
• Educate patients and their families about oral hygiene practices and the importance of orthodontic treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical records using Epic or similar software systems.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in orthodontics or related dental fields is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and endodontics.
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
• Experience in dental fabrication techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to perform root canal therapy when necessary.
• Excellent patient assessment skills to evaluate treatment options effectively.
