Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Full-Time or Part-Time | Orthopedic & Sports Focus | West LA / Santa Monica

We are looking to add up to two clinicians total to our growing team. This can be structured in multiple ways depending on fit, including:
- 1–2 Full-Time Physical Therapists, or
- A combination of Full-Time and Part-Time clinicians, or
- An experienced PTA / OPTA paired with a PT

We’re flexible on structure — our priority is bringing on the right people who can support our growing patient demand.

Experience Requirements

- PTs: Ideally 2–10 years of experience with a strong orthopedic background
- PTAs / OPTAs: Must have meaningful hands-on orthopedic experience in a clinical setting
- All candidates should have completed orthopedic training and/or have experience treating patients independently (or alongside support staff) in an orthopedic clinic

VERT has built a reputation for delivering high-quality orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Our current team consists of three experienced therapists (all with 5+ years of experience), and we are expanding to meet increasing demand.

This is a strong learning and growth opportunity for clinicians looking to elevate their skills and advance their careers in the West LA / Santa Monica area.

Patient Population

- Active adults and “weekend warriors”
- Retired individuals (golfers and active aging population)
- Student and aspiring professional / amateur athletes
- Workers’ compensation and personal injury cases ( this is the smallest demographic)

Requirements:

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

2. Current license to practice in the state of California

3. Experience in outpatient sports clinic is helpful but NOT REQUIRED. Mentoring/training will be provided.
