Orthopedic Physical Therapist

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team at BLAKE PT & Wellness in Santa Monica and Culver City. Under new ownership, we’re rebranding and expanding our services with a focus on building a more active, wellness-oriented environment. Patient Care

• 1 hour evaluations
• 30 minutes session with the PT followed by hand off to an aide
• Scheduled documentation time built in daily
• Maximum of 14 patients in an 8 hour day
• Mix of in-network, PPO, and cash-pay patients
• Diverse, active patient population

Support & Growth

• Structured onboarding and training hours
• Mentorship program (new grads encouraged to apply!)
• 90-day performance review, then annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
