Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff, and healthcare providers through proactive account management and personalized service.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our orthopedic devices and solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to expand our footprint within existing and new accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships that align with company goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering technical support, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Manage outside sales activities efficiently by planning visits, tracking progress using CRM tools, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product training sessions, develop sales strategies, and contribute insights for product development based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Orthopedic device sales with strong surgeon relationships preferably in foot and ankle, limb deformity correction, or podiatry
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated success in account management, outside sales, and customer service within a competitive environment.
  • Technical proficiency in conducting product demos and explaining medical device functionalities to healthcare professionals.
  • Analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for report generation and presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
