Orthopedic Surgeon

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our medical team. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including injuries and diseases of the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. You will perform surgeries, prescribe non-surgical treatments, and provide post-surgical care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) as we serve a predominantly Chinese-speaking demographic.

*Responsibilities*

- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess musculoskeletal conditions

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as medical imaging for accurate diagnosis

- Perform surgical procedures to treat orthopedic injuries and conditions

- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs

- Provide post-operative care and oversee discharge planning

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic medicine and participate in clinical trials if applicable

*Qualification*

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

- Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery.

- Valid NYS medical license

- Proficiency in trauma medicine and emergency orthopedics

- Familiarity with addiction medicine for orthopedic-related issues

- Excellent surgical skills and a deep knowledge of orthopedic treatments.

- Previous exposure to clinical trials and research in orthopedics

Pay: From $400,000.00 per year
