We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon (UK, CCT) to join our client's team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma surgery, as well as a passion for providing the highest quality of care to their patients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform surgical procedures and consultations for patients with traumatic injuries, including fractures, dislocations, and ligament tears
  • Provide expert care and advice to patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care
  • Follow best practices and established protocols to ensure the highest quality of care for patients
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in trauma surgery and implement new techniques and technologies when appropriate
  • Train and mentor other medical staff, including residents and interns, in trauma surgery techniques and procedures
  • Participate in departmental meetings and take on administrative and leadership responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain complete and accurate records and reports related to patient care and procedures
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the medical profession
Qualifications:
  • CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery from the UK
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
  • Strong knowledge and experience in all aspects of trauma surgery, including soft tissue injuries, fractures, and post-traumatic complications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and patients
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills would be an asset
