Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Health Care System seeks an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant to work directly with a General Orthopedic Surgeon. This position is focused on the clinic. The group has their own MRI and Physical Therapy Center. This is a state-of-the-art facility with EMR and Digital X-Ray. The Physician Assistant would run an orthopedic clinic. This position is a four-day work week with no call, weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities include: H&P s, patient evaluation and education, refers for diagnostic treatment, review lab results, write scripts, treat basic fractures, joint injection and aspiration, hospital rounds and call within a clinic setting.

Successful Physician Assistants must be NCCPA-Certified and have some orthopedic experience. The Physician Assistant will enjoy year-round outdoor living in Prescott, Arizona with easy access to Phoenix.

Compensation: Salary is open (depends on experience), plus a bonus. Excellent benefits package!
