Hiring: Onshore Emergency Response Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Response Coordinator to manage and lead onshore emergency preparedness and response operations within the oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate emergency response operations for onshore facilities
- Implement and manage Incident Command System (ICS) protocols
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, procedures, and policies
- Conduct drills, training, and simulations for emergency preparedness
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies during incidents
- Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in oil & gas operations
- Strong knowledge of offshore/onshore operations & emergency response
- Hands-on experience with Incident Command System (ICS)
- Proven ability to handle crisis scenarios and lead response teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- EOC / ECC / MACC experience
- Multi-platform emergency coordination
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 incident command
