Oshore Emergency Response Coordinator

Hiring: Onshore Emergency Response Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Response Coordinator to manage and lead onshore emergency preparedness and response operations within the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate emergency response operations for onshore facilities
  • Implement and manage Incident Command System (ICS) protocols
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans, procedures, and policies
  • Conduct drills, training, and simulations for emergency preparedness
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies during incidents
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in oil & gas operations
  • Strong knowledge of offshore/onshore operations & emergency response
  • Hands-on experience with Incident Command System (ICS)
  • Proven ability to handle crisis scenarios and lead response teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
  • EOC / ECC / MACC experience
  • Multi-platform emergency coordination
  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 incident command
