Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify In-Service Wire Centers and legacy AT&T 9-1-1 services.
- Map copper-based connections and CAMA trunks to PSAPs.
- Perform inventory and assessment of current PSAP services and physical plant.
- Assess nearest fiber service and evaluate cost, schedule, and engineering impacts.
- Plan for service transition to ESInet or IP-based Legacy 9-1-1 services.
- Develop Wire Center Transformation and Decommissioning Assessment and Remediation Package.
- Review and approve remediation packages and communicate timelines to PSAPs.
- Assist AT&T Public Safety Program Manager in project planning and initiation.
- Coordinate resources and team activities across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage cost, schedule, and risk throughout project lifecycle.
- Maintain stakeholder communication and prepare project updates and reports.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with AT&T standards.
- Oversee implementation and transition from copper to fiber-based connections.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct project closure and evaluation.
Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 a year
