OSP/Carrier Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify In-Service Wire Centers and legacy AT&T 9-1-1 services.
  • Map copper-based connections and CAMA trunks to PSAPs.
  • Perform inventory and assessment of current PSAP services and physical plant.
  • Assess nearest fiber service and evaluate cost, schedule, and engineering impacts.
  • Plan for service transition to ESInet or IP-based Legacy 9-1-1 services.
  • Develop Wire Center Transformation and Decommissioning Assessment and Remediation Package.
  • Review and approve remediation packages and communicate timelines to PSAPs.
  • Assist AT&T Public Safety Program Manager in project planning and initiation.
  • Coordinate resources and team activities across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and risk throughout project lifecycle.
  • Maintain stakeholder communication and prepare project updates and reports.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with AT&T standards.
  • Oversee implementation and transition from copper to fiber-based connections.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct project closure and evaluation.


Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 a year
