Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room before each surgery by sterilizing equipment, laying out surgical instruments, and ensuring all supplies are available and functional.​
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during operations by passing instruments, handling sterile supplies, and providing technical support as needed.​
• Monitor and maintain surgical equipment, including anesthesia machines, ventilators, and monitors, ensuring they are functional and properly calibrated for each case.​
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgery to prevent infection, following strict sanitation and infection control protocols.​
• Manage inventory of surgical instruments and consumables; maintain accurate records of usage and ensure timely sterilization post-procedure.​
• Support patient care by assisting in positioning the patient before surgery, helping with post-operative transfers, and monitoring basic vital signs when required.​
• Handle hazardous waste and biomedical disposal in compliance with hospital safety policies.​
• Document and maintain operation theatre records and reports as per hospital protocols.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,053.80 - ₹35,897.21 per month
