Patient Education &amp; Counseling<ul><li>Educate patients on medication usage, diet, hygiene, and follow-up care.</li><li>Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions.</li><li>Support chronic disease patients (diabetes, hypertension, asthma).</li><li>Promote preventive healthcare, immunization, and health awareness.</li></ul>5. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, pharmacists, and reception staff.</li><li>Guide patients for lab tests, imaging, or referrals.</li><li>Communicate clearly in Marathi, Hindi, and/or English as required.</li><li>Handle patient queries politely and professionally.</li></ul>6. Emergency &amp; First Response<ul><li>Identify medical emergencies and initiate first aid/CPR if trained.</li><li>Assist in stabilizing patients before referral to higher centers.</li><li>Maintain calm and efficient response during emergencies.</li></ul>7. Infection Control &amp; Safety<ul><li>Follow NABH / local clinical safety guidelines (if applicable).</li><li>Ensure safe handling of sharps and hazardous materials.</li><li>Prevent cross-infection in OPD and procedure areas.</li></ul>8. Ethical &amp; Legal Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.</li><li>Follow Maharashtra Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council guidelines.</li><li>Obtain informed consent when required.</li><li>Practice respectful, non-discriminatory patient care.</li></ul>9.
