Job responsibility -

1. Front Desk & Patient Handling

  • Greet patients and visitors courteously.
  • Register new patients and verify patient details.
  • Guide patients to appropriate doctors or departments.
  • Manage patient flow to reduce waiting time.

2. Appointment & Scheduling

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
  • Coordinate doctors’ OPD timings and availability.
  • Inform patients about delays or changes in schedule.
  • Maintain daily appointment registers (manual or HMS).

3. Billing & Cash Handling

  • Generate OPD bills, receipts, and invoices.
  • Collect consultation fees and issue receipts.
  • Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain records.
  • Coordinate with accounts for daily cash reconciliation.

4. Documentation & Records

  • Maintain patient files and OPD registers.
  • Ensure accurate entry of patient data in the system.
  • Handle insurance, corporate, or referral documentation if applicable.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab, pharmacy, and housekeeping staff.
  • Communicate clearly in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Provide information regarding services, charges, and timings.

6. Patient Support & Guidance

  • Assist elderly, disabled, or first-time patients.
  • Explain procedures, waiting process, and follow-up visits.
  • Handle patient complaints politely and escalate when required.

7. Administrative Support

  • Maintain attendance logs and OPD statistics.
  • Manage referral records and follow-up lists.
  • Support health camps, vaccination drives, and special clinics.

8. Professional Conduct & Compliance

  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
  • Follow clinic policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data privacy and ethical handling of information.
  • Support NABH or local compliance requirements if applicable.

Key Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (HMS, MS Office).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Courteous, patient-focused attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
