OT Nursing Staff

• Prepare operation theatre, surgical instruments, and necessary supplies before procedures.
• Verify patient identity, surgical site, and consent before surgery.
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations by providing instruments, sponges, and other sterile items.
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and follow infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient’s vital signs and condition during surgery in coordination with the anesthetist.
• Ensure proper documentation of surgical procedures, instruments, and materials used.
• Manage OT equipment and ensure their sterilization and functionality.
• Handle specimens safely and ensure accurate labeling for laboratory tests.
• Provide immediate post-operative nursing care and coordinate transfer of patients to recovery areas.
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and standards of nursing practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
