Job Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operations by preparing and handling instruments, sutures, and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile environment in the operation theatre (OT).
• Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and arranged before procedures.
• Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during operations.
• Maintain accurate records of instruments, sponges, and supplies before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate with doctors, anesthetists, and OT staff for smooth surgical procedures.
• Follow hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Nursing qualification (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrub Nurse in a multispeciality hospital.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and OT procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and attentive in high-pressure surgical situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
