OT- Nursing staff

Responsible for assisting in the Operation Theatre by preparing instruments, maintaining aseptic conditions, and supporting senior nurses and surgeons during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing the OT before surgery.

• Arrange surgical instruments and equipment.

• Maintain sterile and clean conditions in the OT.

• Support doctors and senior nurses during operations.

• Clean and sterilize instruments after each procedure.

• Monitor and restock OT supplies as needed.

• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
