OT Technician

Responsibilities :-

• Prepare operating rooms with sterilized equipment and supplies.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures by maintaining a sterile field.
• Handle and care for surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist with patient transportation to and from the operating room.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for effective patient care.
• Clean and restock operating rooms post-surgery.
• Participate in ongoing training for surgical technology advancements.
• Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements for safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified OT Technician program is preferred.
• Previous experience working as an OT Technician or in a similar role within a hospital or surgical center is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating professionalism, composure, and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
