OT Technician

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre for IVF and fertility procedures (OPU, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, etc.)
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and adherence to infection control standards
• Assist doctors, anesthetists, and nursing staff during procedures
• Handle and maintain OT equipment, including monitors, suction, cautery, and anesthesia equipment
• Maintain OT inventory, instruments, and consumables
• Ensure biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per guidelines
• Follow safety protocols and hospital policies strictly
• Document OT activities and assist in audits and quality control

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Certification in OT Technology or Operation Theatre Technology
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT protocols
• Understanding of infection control and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sensitive healthcare environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience :

• 1–3 years of experience as an OT Technician
• Freshers with relevant training may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
