OT Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible OT Technician to assist in surgical procedures and ensure the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining OT equipment, preparing instruments, and supporting surgeons and nursing staff during surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before and after procedures
• Arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Assist surgeons and nurses during surgeries
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control practices
• Monitor OT equipment and report any technical issues
• Maintain OT records and inventory of surgical items
• Follow hospital safety and hygiene protocols strictly

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BSc in Operation Theatre Technology / Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology
• Experience: 1–2 years of hospital OT experience
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and surgical instruments
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency cases
• Good teamwork and communication skills
