OT Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced OT Technician to join our medical team. The candidate will assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures and ensure proper maintenance of the Operation Theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgeries
• Sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures
• Ensure all OT equipment is functioning properly
• Maintain OT records and documentation
• Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience as an OT Technician (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization procedures
• Ability to work in shifts
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
