OT Technician

Job Role Overview:

We are urgently looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operation theatre, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring smooth functioning during surgeries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgeries
• Sterilize surgical instruments and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
• Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures
• Arrange surgical instruments and supplies as per procedure requirements
• Monitor OT equipment and report any malfunction immediately
• Maintain accurate records of instruments and OT inventory
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Support anesthesia team when required
• Clean and disinfect OT area as per hospital standards

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or related field
• Minimum [1–3] years of experience preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and OT procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
