Job Overview:

  • Oriental City Home International Hotel (SMC-Private) Limited is seeking for an experienced professional who can manage Online Travel Agency platforms while also handling social media presence and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will optimize room inventory, pricing strategies, and online engagement to improve occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness.
  • Hospitality sector experience is mandatory.
  • A results-driven OTA & Digital Marketing Manager to maximize hotel bookings, strengthen online presence, and drive overall revenue growth.
  • This role combines OTA management with social media and digital marketing expertise, ensuring strong visibility, higher occupancy rates, and brand positioning across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities – OTA Management:

  • Manage and optimize hotel listings on Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.
  • Handle OTA extranets including pricing, availability, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and competitor pricing strategies.
  • Improve property ranking, visibility, and conversion rates across platforms.
  • Handle overbookings and booking discrepancies professionally.
  • Coordinate with Front Office for real-time inventory management.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Manage online reviews and reputation across OTA platforms.
  • Drive revenue growth and increase direct bookings in coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize hotel listings on Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.
  • Create and execute content strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Design and schedule engaging posts, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads – basic level preferred).
  • Monitor social media engagement, inquiries, and customer responses.
  • Collaborate with operations team to promote offers, events, and services.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and digital presence across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in OTA management within the hospitality sector.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management concepts (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy).
  • Knowledge of channel manager and PMS systems.
  • Excellent Understanding of paid ads and digital campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
