Job Title: OTA & Revenue Manager

Location: Islamabad (41-room hotel)

The Role:

We are looking for a hands-on OTA expert to maximize our online revenue and occupancy. You will own all our digital sales channels and pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage OTAs: Oversee all aspects of Booking.com, Agoda, and Sastaticket.pk extranets (rates, availability, content).

Optimize Performance: Improve key metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate) through content upgrades and mobile optimization.

Drive Revenue: Implement dynamic pricing based on market demand, seasonality, and local events in Islamabad.

Handle Reputation: Manage and respond to all guest reviews professionally.

Analyze Data: Track performance, forecast demand, and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in OTA/revenue management within Pakistan's hospitality industry.

Technical Skills: Must have hands-on experience with Booking.com and Agoda. Experience with Sastaticket.pk is a strong advantage.

Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of dynamic pricing, revenue management (ADR/RevPAR), and data analysis.

Languages: Excellent English and Urdu (written & verbal).

Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
