Key Activities:
Deliverables:
Requirements Maintenance & Stakeholder Management (Seven Seas Voyager)
Enhance user stories and process flows and document capabilities that need to be built based on walkthroughs with the business, outside-in research of capabilities, and Internal Audit requirements
Manage conversations with the business: confirm successful access into QA, Pre-Prod, and Prod environments, review and prioritize identified enhancements, and attain business buy-in into application readiness
Identify, create, and prioritize tickets in Client Jira for any gaps, enhancements, or system defects
Maintain and update inventory of user story to test case mapping for each set of brand requirements as needed
Maintain traceability across approved JIRA user stories, functional and automated test cases, TestRail entries, and SOX evidence, including documented testing exclusions and changes
Support review and documentation of changes to SOX test scope, determine SOX risk ranking, obtain IT Compliance approval for updated testing scope.
Core Feature Enhancements:
Lead stakeholder working sessions to capture and validate end-to-end requirements
Document future-state processes, workflows, requirements and user stories
Support development of test scenarios and test cases based on defined requirements
Other requirements can be added to scope based on written agreement between Client and EY in the form of change order

UAT Testing:
Plan, facilitate, and execute UAT Functional testing for Otalio in Pre-Prod environment, collecting appropriate evidence as per Internal Audit requirements
Review the overall test strategy including updates
Update test cases in TestRail as needed
Support Shipboard Integration testing during UAT with PMs, App Owners, vendors, and Business users for select new Tech and Core applications (if applicable) which are part of core integrations with Otalio:
Support updates to integration testing status in required locations (Testrail, tracking sheet, reporting)
Support SOX relevant integration testing during UAT for Otalio relevant integrations
Support the collection of evidence during UAT Integrations testing for all other relevant shipboard apps relevant to SOX
Identify and document defects and unexpected behavior
Drive to resolution on defects and unexpected behavior
Obtain sign-off documentation from Business stakeholders
Provide testing and onboard progress updates
Review selected test cases for step accuracy and sequencing, appropriate user roles and access pre-conditions, and required JIRA references and brand labels, validating against all environments where needed
Support collection, attachment, and validation of manual SOX test evidence in TestRail, including capture of SOX-relevant configuration screenshots pre and post-deployment.

Post Go-live Support, incl Hypercare:
Support the hypercare process by documenting and solutioning high priority defects and unexpected behavior
Maintain project plans and program RAID logs in Client Jira. Identify, escalate, and drive to completion of open RAID items both internally and with key stakeholders

Provide BA support as required on open Jira tickets

Reporting:
Continue collecting feedback from Business stakeholders on all reports to be developed in Otalio
Test reports with the relevant users upon completion of their development

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.79/hour - $59.05/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
