Role: OTC Analyst

Skill: Order to Cash – Income Recording & Recognition, Cash Apps & Billing, Refunds, Reconciliations, Chargeback, Bad Debt Provisions, Accrual & Deferral Journals, Contract Income Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation

Experience: 2 years to 4 years

Job Location: Nagpur

Shift: 24x7

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Fin or similar

Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, Income
• recording, Cash apps, Refunds & Reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/servicenow)
• for O2C processes.
• Ability to manage billing accuracy, payment application,
• and dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to global O2C processes and multi-currency
• transactions.
