So, what responsibilities does the Service Engineer take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

• Ensuring that the maintenance and repair of customer vehicles are carried out in a fast and correct repair standard,
• Close follow-up of opened work orders and vehicles within the workshop
• Informing the service consultants and the customer about the type and cost of the repair to be made,
• Following the mechanical workshop, preventing labor losses by entering the correct workmanship into the system,
• Ensuring that the mechanics and body shops are kept in accordance with the standards in line with distributor audits,
• Follow-up of the issues on the mechanical shop side of the distributor incentives,
• Producing solutions for the problematic vehicle and customer group together with the service manager and customer relations officer,
• Following up the duties and responsibilities of the managed team and reporting to the manager.

What are the Required Qualifications?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering departments
• At least 1 years of experience in the automotive industry,
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn,
• Successful in human relations, open to communication,
• Driving license is a must.
