Out of School Time Manager

The schedule will be as follows: Full-time: 40 hours a week

Monday-Friday 10:30-6:30 PM (Some weekends based on programming)

The OST Manager is responsible for training, supervising, and supporting OST staff while ensuring high-quality, consistent implementation of LPTM programming. This role focuses on people management, staff development, program quality, and systems-building, rather than daily logistics. The OST Manager provides leadership, coaching, and accountability to OST Coordinators and instructional staff. The selected candidate will schedule and supervise LPTM’s teaching staff, implement staff training, develop curricula, and assist with program evaluation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
