Outage Planner / Scheduler – Nuclear Refueling Outage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain outage schedules
- Coordinate maintenance planning activities
- Track outage progress and critical paths
- Support reporting and schedule optimization
- Coordinate with maintenance and outage teams
- Ensure alignment with outage milestones and deadlines
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years planning/scheduling experience
- Previous shutdown/refueling outage experience
- Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Power generation or nuclear background
- Strong reporting and coordination skills
- Good English communication skills
Strongly Preferred
- APR1400 reactor exposure
- GCC nuclear or power generation experience
- Experience on large-scale outage campaigns
Internal Sourcing Constraints
- Prioritize candidates with previous Barakah outage experience
- Prioritize candidates already mobilized on GCC nuclear projects
- Avoid sourcing candidates from nationalities historically facing Barakah clearance restrictions
- Preferred sourcing regions: South Africa, Eastern Europe, India and GCC-based expatriates
